GIG Music, Inc. is a Florida For-Profit company located in Tampa, Florida. The structure is traditional, as it is governed by Officers and an Advisory Board. The Officers manage the day-to-day operations and the Advisory Board provides ongoing advice, support and expertise. Our two-tier corporate hierarchy approach gives adequate protection for shareholders. The Board of Directors Officers are elected by the shareholders. On the second tier is the Advisory Board, those appointed by the board of directors. As the other tier of the company, the Officers are directly responsible for the company's day-to-day operations and profitability.

Key Positions:

- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As the top manager, the CEO is responsible for GIG Music’s operations and reports directly to the board of directors. The CEO is also responsible for the implementation of board decisions and initiatives, and to maintain stable operation of the company with the senior management's assistance.

- Chief Operations Officer (COO)
The COO of GIG Music is responsible for the operations of the company under the direction of the CEO. Our COO looks handles management of marketing, personnel, sales and office staff.

- Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The CFO of GIG Music reports directly to our CEO. The CFO is responsible for analyzing and reviewing financial data, reporting performance, preparing/planning budgets and monitoring expenditures and costs. The CFO is required to make periodical presentations to the board of directors. The CFO also provides shareholders and regulatory bodies (i.e. Securities and Exchange Commission “SEC”) specific reports that verify company financial matters.
